The Executive Boardroom

Offering luxurious leather recliners and the best views of the runway and Lyall Bay, the Executive Board Room is Wellington Airport Conference Centre's most prestigious room. The room is purpose built for board meetings and small corporate conferences and is the room with the personality to impress your clients and attendees. Seats 14 comfortably.

The Argosy

Soak up the views out over the terminal below from the Argosy room. Ideal for smaller private meetings or interviews, the Argosy room represents great value for money. It has a boardroom table and can seat eight comfortably.

The View

Like the name suggests, the View room offers spectacular views. With floor to ceiling windows you can take in the sights of the busy terminal, runway and Lyall Bay. The view room is perfect for formal business events and is popular for board meetings and small conferences.

The Office

Convenient and quiet, the Office is perfect for interviews, informal meetings or just as a quiet space to catch up on any last minute work before you fly out.

The De Havilland

The De Havilland room is a medium sized meeting room and can comfortably seat up to 20. Fabulous floor to ceiling windows allow in natural light. The De Havilland room is one of our three multifunctional rooms and links to the Sunderland. Once converted, this room can accommodate up to 50 people boardroom style. This room can also accommodate 24 people workroom style.

The Sunderland

Perfect for medium sized conferences, the Sunderland Room is spacious and versatile. The floor to ceiling windows let you decide whether you take in the action of the foodcourt below or check out the planes taking off and landing. When combined with the De Havilliand and Viscount rooms, the space can comfortably seat up to 60 people boardroom style. The room can also accommodate 40 people workroom style.

The Viscount

The Viscount room has comfortable, flexible spaces with superior seating making it ideal for board meetings. Similar to the De Havilland and Sunderland rooms, the Viscount is spacious and comfortable, filled with light and views of the exciting terminal below. The Viscount can be combined with the Sunderland room to accommodate up to 40 people boardroom style, an ideal option for larger presentations and conferences.

The Hub

With a built in whiteboard and comfortable seating, the Hub is practical and functional. Ideal for smaller less formal meetings and interviews, this room is particularly popular for half day room hire and the budget conscious.
