Disclosure Financial Statements
In accordance with the Airport Authorities (Airport Companies Information Disclosure) Regulations 1999, Wellington International Airport Limited was historically required to prepare Disclosure Financial Statements. Following the new requirement to prepare Information Disclosures, the Disclosure Financial Statements are no longer required to be prepared. The last Disclosure Financial Statements prepared were for the year ended 2010. These statements were audited by KPMG and are available below.
