For general lost property enquiries please contact (04)385 5124. If items are not claimed within three weeks, the item may be discarded. If the property is valuable, for example, wallets, passports etc, it is handed to the airport Police Office and can be claimed from there, phone (04) 4948430. Bank or EFT-POS cards are forwarded to the appropriate bank.

Please note: It is a serious offence to leave unaccompanied baggage in the airport vicinity.

Unaccompanied items may be removed and destroyed. Please be careful with your property and make sure you keep all items with you at all times.
