The Airport Fire Service staff are trained in advanced first aid, attend all medical emergencies. First aid kits are held by each airline and Wellington Airport.

If first aid assistance is required, the airline staff or an ASO should be notified by ringing Operations on 04 385 5124 or picking up one of the Customer Assistance Phones on level 1 or level 0. They will contact the Airport Fire Service who will respond immediately. If required, ambulance support will also be called. Please do not hesitate to let one of our staff, or an airline staff member know if you require first aid assistance.
