Terminal Services Team
The Terminal Services Team, lead by a Duty Manager, is responsible for the daily operation of the terminal. The primary focus of the team is customer service, safety and traffic management. The Terminal Services Team also staff the 24 hour Airport Operations Centre. The team are trained in basic first aid and supported by fully trained medics in our Airport Fire Service.
Key activities undertaken are:
- Customer Service and Enquiries
- Staff the 24 Hour Airport Operations Centre
- Traffic Management
- Support the Baggage Handling System
Our Terminal Services team can be found around the terminal, or you can contact them through our Customer Assistance Phones located on level 0 (Baggage Claim) or Level 1 just past the check in area.
